We are developing advanced processing technologies of Ge-based group IV materials for next-generation electronics. Employment of advanced devices, consisting of the Ge-based group IV materials, is useful to breakthrough the scaling limit of the large scale integrated circuits, consisting of Si-transistors. To realize it, exploratory studies based on experiments are performed in our laboratory.
